The lots in the list below are for rent by their owners. Each lot has the same basic ameneties, as listed on the home
page. Each owner may establish their own rental restrictions, but all renters must conform to Retama Village covenants. Any
restrictions established by individual owners are either listed on their lot page, or may be obtained directly from the owner.
Owner contact information is listed on the individual lot page. Please do not contact Retama Sales about lot rentals.
All rentals require a minimum of $250 refundable deposit. Final electrical charges will be deducted from this deposit.
