Lots 67 and 68 are 40' x 80' and can be rented together or individually. Both lots are side-by-side facing
North/South. RVs on the west side of each lot.
Self-contained, air-conditioned Coach house Cottages with:

- 32" flat-screen TV with basic cable,
- private wireless Internet or land connection, wired for stereo and XM radio
- granite kitchen counter and desk tops
- under counter refrigerator/freezer, microwave
- full bathroom with washer/dryer

- hot & cold outside pet shower
Both cottages are designed with cedar plank walls and tin ceiling with indirect lightening throughout.
Rent just
the RV lot or the lot and coach house together. The deposit for the Lot is $250,
$450 for Lot and Coach house.
